Cancellation Policy
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE/ LATE/ NO SHOW
I require a credit card to secure your appointment. Your credit card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours per my policies below.
I require 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Should you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service total.
No shows will be charged 100%.
You are considered a no show if you are more than
-5 minutes late to an appointment shorter than 20 minutes
-10 minutes late to an appointment longer than 30 minutes
*please text if you are running late to avoid a 100% fee.
If your card declines, you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid before you can reschedule.
If you no show a second time, you will be permanently banned from booking.
I do send out reminders as a COURTESY. It is still ultimately YOUR responsibility to remember the appointments YOU make.
